FAQ
You do not need every detail decided today. Understand the artist, price, pain, preparation and aftercare before you book.
Yes. You do not need a finished drawing. A subject or feeling, intended placement, approximate size and a few references are enough to begin the conversation.
Look for several pieces you genuinely like and would wear, not just one popular image. HIM focuses on black and grey realism, LC on anime colour, and Moon on fine line florals. If you are unsure, send your idea, placement and size and we can suggest a starting point.
The studio minimum is HK$500. Simple black-line designs around 3–5 cm may start from HK$500. Lettering is generally around HK$800–1,500; Chinese characters or complex typefaces may cost more. The final quote depends on the artist, time, complexity, placement, size and colour, while deposit terms are confirmed by the individual artist. Payment methods include cash, Alipay, PayMe, FPS, Mastercard, Visa and instalment options; the applicable fees for Mastercard, Visa and instalment payments are confirmed before payment. Pain varies by person, placement, size and session length, so it cannot be guaranteed. Placement should also suit the design scale, clothing, work and daily activity; your artist can discuss these factors with you.
Rest the night before, eat and hydrate, wear clothing that gives easy access to the area, and avoid alcohol. Tell us beforehand about relevant skin, health or medication concerns, and do not stop prescribed medication on your own.
Every piece and skin response is different, so follow the artist’s instructions from your session. While the skin is healing, avoid swimming, soaking, saunas, strong friction and prolonged sun; seek qualified medical help if discomfort keeps worsening.
