Starting a booking
All visits and tattoo services are appointment-only. Begin on WhatsApp with your concept, references, body placement, approximate dimensions, preferred artist, budget range and available dates. The studio will first assess the artist and direction, then discuss a quote or estimate, deposit and date.
The studio minimum is HK$500. Simple black-line designs around 3–5 cm may start from HK$500; lettering is generally around HK$800–1,500, while Chinese characters, complex typefaces, longer text or particular placements may cost more. Each artist quotes individually according to expected time, complexity, placement, size and colour.
An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Before paying or travelling, check the artist, direction, placement, size, quote or estimate, deposit and date recorded in the conversation.

Deposit, rescheduling and cancellation
Whether a deposit is required, its amount and related terms are decided by the responsible artist for each booking. Its purpose, refund position, rescheduling and cancellation terms will be explained on WhatsApp before payment. Different pieces, dates and design work may require different terms, so this page does not promise a universal deadline or refund rule.
Ask as early as possible if the concept, placement, size or date needs to change. A substantial change to the subject, placement, size or design requires a new quote and may affect the session time and available date.
Payment methods
We accept cash, Alipay, PayMe, FPS, Mastercard, Visa and instalment payment options. Mastercard, Visa and instalment payments carry the applicable handling fee; the exact fee will be confirmed before payment.
Age and identification
Trois Tattoo Studio tattoos clients aged 18 or above only and may ask for valid photo identification during consultation or on arrival. Parental or guardian permission is not an exception to the studio policy.
Health disclosure
Tell the studio about health, skin or medication matters that could affect tattooing or healing, including active skin inflammation or infection, serious allergies, bleeding or clotting conditions and recent medical procedures. Never stop prescribed medication for a tattoo without advice from a qualified health professional.
Contact the studio if you are unwell, feverish, affected by alcohol or other substances, or if the placement is sunburnt, broken, inflamed or affected by a rash. A tattoo studio does not provide medical diagnosis and the session may need to be reassessed.
Before you arrive
Arrive at the confirmed time, eat and hydrate beforehand, and wear clean, comfortable clothing that provides practical access to the area. Building-entry and arrival details are shared with the confirmed booking.
Aftercare
Your artist will give instructions matched to the placement, scale, skin response and dressing used. Follow those instructions first. General principles include clean hands, gentle cleaning as directed, no picking, reduced friction and avoiding soaking, swimming, saunas and prolonged sun while the skin is healing.
A webpage cannot assess your skin. Seek prompt help from a qualified health professional if pain is worsening, redness or heat is spreading, there is pus-like discharge, fever or another rapid change that concerns you.
Design, photography and publication consent
References communicate direction and are not a request to copy another artist’s or client’s tattoo. Finished-work photographs are published only after explicit consent; completing a tattoo service does not give the studio a permanent right to use an image.
Recognisable faces, names or other personal information require separate confirmation. You may ask on WhatsApp to stop future use; removal of material already published depends on the platform and production circumstances.
