Information you choose to share
A WhatsApp enquiry may include your name, contact details, tattoo idea, body placement, dimensions, reference images, budget range, available dates and health or aftercare information you choose to disclose. The website form only formats those details into a WhatsApp message; the website does not store the form contents in a database.
How the information is used
Information is used to reply to the enquiry, identify an artist direction, discuss the design, provide a quote or estimate, arrange an appointment and respond to aftercare questions. We do not sell personal information.
Portfolio photography
Completing a tattoo does not itself grant permission to publish photographs. Finished-work images, recognisable faces and publication are confirmed separately where relevant. Read the booking and aftercare information.
Analytics and third-party services
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website performance, including device type, approximate region, traffic source, pages viewed and clicks on WhatsApp or Instagram. Analytics events may include a non-identifying enquiry reference, page type, artist or service, language and button location. Form contents, telephone numbers, health information and complete WhatsApp conversations are not sent to analytics tools.
Google and Cloudflare process relevant technical data under their own policies. Meta Pixel is not currently enabled; this policy will be updated if advertising measurement is enabled later. WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps links take you to third-party services, where their privacy terms apply.
Access, correction or deletion
To ask about, correct or delete information you shared directly with the studio, contact us through the original WhatsApp conversation. Some records may need to be kept for a reasonable period for confirmed bookings, accounting or legal responsibilities.
