This guide begins after your booking is confirmed. If you are still deciding on style, dimensions or budget, read the consultation checklist and pricing guide.
The day before: rest, food and skin
- Leave time to rest; avoid an overnight shift or exhausting schedule.
- Avoid alcohol and never attend under its influence.
- Eat and drink normally; do not change prescribed medication without qualified advice.
- Protect the placement from sunburn, cuts, friction and irritating skincare.
- Do not apply numbing products unless the artist has agreed on the product and method.
On the day: eat first and allow travel time
Have a meal and drink water. Caffeine affects people differently; reduce it if it makes you anxious, restless or need frequent breaks. This is practical comfort advice, not a medical restriction.
The studio is at Room 4C03, Yip Win Factory Building, 10 Chun Yip Lane, Kwun Tong. All visits are appointment-only. Follow the time confirmed on WhatsApp and read the Kwun Tong travel guide.
What to wear and bring
Wear clean, comfortable clothing that exposes the placement and will not rub tightly afterwards. Loose sleeves suit an upper arm; loose shorts can help with a thigh placement. Ask about privacy arrangements for a back or chest piece. Bring valid photo ID; the studio tattoos clients aged 18 or above only.
Contact the studio before travelling if something changes
Tell us if you are feverish or unwell, or if the placement is sunburnt, broken, inflamed or affected by a rash. Disclose relevant health, skin or medication matters and never stop prescribed medication on your own.
The studio can reassess the appointment but does not diagnose medical conditions. Seek qualified medical advice for personal health questions. Read the Consumer Council cautions and Department of Health advice.
